By using DMZ.MY's service you agree to be bound by these terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

DMZ.MY take security very seriously. We strongly advise all members to NOT use their World of Warcraft username and password to register to DMZ.MY's service. Your information is safe with us and we will not share any of your personal details with anyone else.
Liability
In no event shall DMZ.MY's service, its suppliers or related software developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, loss of World of Warcraft account) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DMZ.MY's service's Internet site, even if DMZ.MY's service has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Use of DMZ.MY's servers are limited to gameplay. You may not use them for:

Usage of DMZ.MY's service requires Putty and Freecap (or alternative Proxy software) - two popular free (and safe) software programs created by a 3rd party developers. We do not ask you to install any non-safe programs.
General
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
The failure or delay of DMZ.MY to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive the DMZ.MY's right to enforce that right.
New user trial and fair usage policy
DMZ.MY reserved the rights to deny free trial credits to any new users who do not conform to our definition of fair usage or is deemed as a rouge account.
